On behalf of the Llano Estacado Water Planning Group ( LERWPG), we are inviting qualified consulting firms to submit a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for professional services related to the development of the 7th Cycle Regional Water Plan. The selected consultant will assist in preparing the regional water plan in accordance with 31 TAC 357.7 and 357.6(3) state requirements and guidelines. Services will include technical planning support, coordination with the planning group, and preparation of required deliverables throughout the planning cycle. Attached to this email, you will find the RFQ packet containing detailed information regarding the scope of services, submission requirements, and evaluation criteria.

Qualification packets must be submitted no later than Wednesday, June 10, 2026, 5:00pm. Late submissions may not be considered. Please click the link below for a copy of the requirements for Requests for Qualifications. 

 

5TH CYCLE PLANNING

A public hearing for the comments on the 2021 IPP was held on May 14, 2020 at 5:30 PM. The public can submit written comments on the 2021 IPP until July 13, 2020.

The Fifth Cycle Llano Estacado (Region O) Water Planning Group 2021 Initially Prepared Plan (IPP) was submitted to Texas Water Development Board on March 3, 2020.

The Fifth Cycle Regional Water Planning Grant Application for the Llano Estacado Regional Water Planning Group (Region O) was submitted for approval to the Texas Water Development Board in February 2017.

The 2016 Llano Estacado Regional Water Management Plan was submitted to the Texas Water Development Board prior to the December 1, 2015 statutory deadline.
