Plan Deadlines

The following deadlines have been set for the 2011 Llano Estacado Regional Water Plan.

• March 1, 2010 - Submit Initially Prepared Plan (IPP) to LERWPG members. Completed

• March 1, 2010 - Submit Initially Prepared Plan (IPP) to the public. Completed

• March 1, 2010 - Submit Initially Prepared Plan (IPP) to Texas Water Development Board. Completed

• March 11, 2010 - Publish notice of public hearing.

• April 15, 2010 - Hold public hearing on Initially Prepared Plan.

• September 1, 2010 - Submit Adopted regional water plan to Texas Water Development Board.

• January 5, 2011 - Statutory deadline for submission of adopted regional water plan.
