A joint meeting of the Llano Estacado Regional Water Planning Group (“Region O”) and the Panhandle Regional Water Planning Group (“Region A”) will be held Tuesday, June 20, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. in the basement of the Van Howeling Education Complex, Wayland Baptist University, 1900 W. 7th Street, Plainview, Texas 79072.

AGENDA

1. Call To Order and Welcoming Remarks.

Region A: C.E. Williams, Chairman.

Region O: H.P. Brown Jr., Chairman.

2. Roll Call of members to establish quorum.

Region A: Chris Coffman.

Region O: Jim Conkwright.

3. Presentation by Texas Water Development Board on eligible funding programs.

4. Discuss current and future needs of CRMWA—Kent Satterwhite.

5. Discuss and consider further study of recharge of the Ogallala aquifer.

6. Discuss and consider further study of quality and quantity of the Dockum aquifer.

7. Discuss, review, and consider interregional coordination needs of Regions A&O.

8. Discuss, review, and consider preparations of application for off-census planning cycle funds.

9. Other business.

10. Closing comments.
